Battlefield Commander Foundation is a non-profit corporation and shall operated exclusively for education and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal Tax Code. The Foundation provides educational scholarships to the children of law enforcement, military, and emergency responders killed on the job or during active service
